This week has been exploding with new business and it’s been exciting to see all the volume fly in through our network. We’ve been working around the clock to improve our adserving algorithm and we expect it to be released within the next two weeks. In addition, our design team is about to implement the new UI throughout the entire affiliate center after the massive success and praise we got by doing a soft launch within our gateway creation process. If you guys have any suggestions or bugs you notice for our technology please feel free to contact me directly and we will get it integrated in. BLAM relies heavily on user-feedback, this is your software! Today I’m excited to have another huge release of features that have been able to get completed in the meantime while we tweak the math on our algorithm. Most of the features / bugs below are from our members so I would like to directly thank everyone for their assistance.
- Try Another Offer Bug - The issue is that if the user clicks an offer and decides to not complete it by clicking on “Try another survey”, the offer is removed from the list which now counts 1 offer less. Instead, we now replace the skipped offer with another campaign (if available) to keep the list to the desired length and increase EPC’s / lost conversions. (releasing later this week)
- Report a Bug Button - Even though all the features and bugs are getting fixed one by one with BLAM4, we realize there are still going to be bugs that we cannot find. We added a simple report a bug button to our affiliate backend so publishers can report any problems they have and get it resolved quickly.
- Affiliate Referral Commission Report- There was a bug in reporting affiliate referral commissions that has now been resolved. Now any publisher that you previously referred will show in there along with the profit you make off of them. BLAM Ads has the absolute highest referral program out there in the entire industry.
- Added Network Wide EPC Globally - Now affiliates can see the network EPC anywhere an offer is listed, including on the affiliate network side of things. Previously it was only available on the content gateway. This makes it easier for people that have custom technology, GPT’s or run our offers individually.
- New BLM.BZ Skins - Even though we’re in the process of creating more themes and customization, we decided to expedite a skin specifically made for people with download sites along with (4) extra ones. If you have any specific content locking themes you want from us built out shoot me an email now and I can make it happen!
- Automatic Translation & Detection of BLAMCart - We just implemented automatic text translation so international visitors don’t get confused. We’re currently in the process of getting it translated into 15 primary languages! This will help you better monetize your international visitors with ease. If you have any questions on how to use this or need help monetizing your eBooks / WSO’s contact your AM now.
- Ability to Edit Title and Description on Gateways - Previously we could only put your own text when the gateway comes up for one line. We now added the feature so you can edit the heading and then several lines of description under that. This was a user-requested feature that our competition has and allows even further customization of your gateways!
- Completely Fixing the Datafeed - I was surveying affiliates for features / bugs within BLAM4 and someone replied to me with “The datafeed is a bad joke that I can not find the humor in.” It made me laugh outloud, and I immediately contacted my developers to completely renovate and improve it. We added, edited, and fixed over thirty features (fully detailed in our support center) to make it easier for GPT / custom technology to our system.
BLAM Ads has been exploding with new campaigns, features and upgrades to our entire BLAM4 platform. Even though we sent a newsletter earlier this week, we thought it was necessary to send another because of the sheer amount of happenings going on. We’re going through one of the most exciting times of our company, especially with the news of our competitors businesses affiliates have been flocking over to the most trusted solution: BLAM Ads. In the coming weeks expect some major changes that will even further increase the traffic flying through out networks, including loosened up payment terms, more short-form lead gens, a fully released UI, and a new algorithm.
Ahh, Easter is finally over and we’re back from a successful ad:Tech San Francisco. Lately, it seems like our competition is making it easier and easier for BLAM Ads to thrive and we are grateful for that. It felt great striding myself through the conference floors with “BLAM Ads Inc.” on my badge – our name is known everywhere and I was able to meet so many new affiliates in person. It’s truly an exciting and motivating experience for me because I put so much time into building this into the most supreme content locking network. Even writing this newsletter now at 10:53pm Easter Sunday motivates me for the week ahead – I absolutely love doing what I do. There has been a lot of visible upgrades since our last newsletter including a fully upgraded user interface. We’ve also made some progress on our algorithm and we expect some major changes to be completed within the next two weeks. Our team has done a lot of research and testing internally (and with a select few affiliates) and we’ve been able to increase EPC’s drastically with some simple adserving changes.
I’m glad to say that our first phase of speed optimizations is complete and feeds are drastically increased - we needed to prioritize this over everything else. Now that BLAM4 is stable, the traffic increased drastically and we outgrew the infracture so the programming was necessary. In addition, this Wednesday we are releasing a whole new user interface that completely simplifies the entire gateway process. It seems like we went a little feature crazy, but in the process we overcomplicated the entire system. The new gateway creation UI is going to focus heavily on utilization of our ad serving algorithm, making it easier for the traditional website content lockers.
I love doing what I do because I love seeing my dreams come true. I’ve been working with Andre Ramsey for almost two years on BLAM Ads and it’s slowly but surely grown into exactly the dreams we plotted years back on my balcony. We developed BLAM4 together from the ground up and I can confidently say that we have the most superior content locking technology out there. To match the technology, our buisness development division has been able to put full focus on growing our inventory of offers and we now demolish any competitor out there with over (2700) active offers, almost as many as our sister company EWA Private Network. We’re currently in the process of optimizing our code so it loads fast (should be another 10 days until it’s fully completed) and then we can continue on with integrating our new user interface; an interface that will totally simipify our advanced platform. We listen to the publishers and we are fully aware of the flaws. We are listening and we are working on them. We will not give up until we’ve reached all of our goals.

It’s 1:24am and I was planning to go to bed earlier tonight but when I got into my bedroom I had one thing on my mind: money. BLAM Ads has been exploding with volume after we started approving our first rounds of new publishers in months. We are finally near completion of BLAM4 technology – we’ve surveyed hundreds of publishers for their insight and gotten dozens of amazing suggestions. Within the next month it will be completed, debugged and shortly thereafter we will be releasing hotfixes and tweaks to our technology. Today instead of going over some new methods on how to promote content locking campaigns, we’re going to go over the vast array of new features added within the last couple days. The core system has been fully completed so adding onto it and fixing bugs will be easier than ever before.
Our development team has been working around the clock to add new features into our content locking technology and I would like to thank everyone for their feedback on improving our system. I’ve been personally surveying publishers to get features and I would appreciate your feedback – we need your help to improve the entire experience! Also, if you notice any bugs as you navigate through our system feel free to
I gotta’ say guys – I absolutely love the BLAM Ads community we made together. I spent a lot of time this weekend chatting with other members, getting ideas to improve our technology, sharing some of our internal secrets, and getting to actually meet the people that spend their days developing monetization models for BLAM Ads. We are building BLAM to be your platform, I’m personally surveying affiliates right now to see if they have feedback. I have heard some of the most exciting ideas, and embarrassing bugs over the past couple days. It’s refreshing to see this type of feedback – the feedback that only active members can give. Anyways, today we have a guest newsletter from our newest account manager, Goutham Vipparthi – an expert in search engine optimization and a long time partner of our operation.
This weekend was huge for our business and it was surprising to see all the traffic fly in with on Superbowl Sunday. Internally, we ranked for all the commercials and used our content locking gateway to protect the videos. We speculated on keywords and did a bit of analysis before hand to have everything prepared for the big day. Our flash content locking technology killed it and our internal division put up some massive five figure numbers – we love this content locking game. If you have any questions on how to setup your content gateway or how to optimize your site, simply reach out to your account manager and we will get it going. We fully developed out our entire support center to include detailed guides and videos on each format of our affiliate backend as well. In the coming weeks we will be integrating a fully redesigned and redeveloped platform to help improve our ultra-advanced UI and make it easier for all of our publishers. I want to offer more features than any competitor while making it easier than any competitor in the business: our account managers should help with building relationships and getting you payout bumps rather than teaching you how to use our system.
