- Instant messages should get replied to within 5 minutes
- EMails should get answered within 24 hours
- Should help with optimizing, creating and scaling your content locking campaigns
- Will be friendly, respectful, helpful, and professional at all times
- Should protect the privacy of your campaigns, websites and personal information at all times
- Will be available between 10am-9pm Central Standard Time to answer all questions
- Should provide detailed responses to your questions
- Will help expedite any referrals into BLAM Ads
- Will be the most attentive, active and dedicated account manager you have ever worked with.
